For your first appointment, you can pay by a card or bank transfer. Follow-up appointments can be prepaid by cash, card or bank transfer.

Most clients choose to pay when they receive their invoice by email. The invoice has clear instructions for settling your bill online using our secure payment system.

If you have health insurance, you need to make sure that they have agreed to fund your appointments in advance, and keep them informed of your progress in line with the terms and conditions of their service. Please inform me of any particular requirements your insurance provider may have of myself.

Normally, you don’t need to take any action as I’ll liaise with your provider directly for your payments, using the information you provided on registration. Other than the days of the appointments, I’m not normally expected to share any other information with insurance providers.

If your insurance provider fails to pay for any of your sessions, you will be liable to cover the costs in line with the terms of service you have with me.
