A warm welcome by Dr Nick
I am Dr Nick Zygouris, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist offering in-person therapy in Birmingham and online therapy across the UK. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based and tailored to you, not simply to a diagnosis.
Therapy offers a space to slow things down, talk openly, and make sense of what has been difficult. Sessions are collaborative and carefully paced. You will not be judged, rushed or given generic advice. Together, we focus on understanding your difficulties properly, identifying what may be keeping them going, and developing a clear therapeutic plan that fits your needs.
I support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, chronic health-related distress, intense emotions, and more complex or longstanding difficulties. I also work with couples and families who want to repair, strengthen or better understand their relationships.
